"Tsiskvilkombinati - Tbilisi" LTD was brought into operation in April, 2004. Milling plant is located in Isani-Samgori region in the territory of Tbilisi at # 24 Kiziki str.
Milling plant is situated over 50 000 sq/m well-built area, in the east part of the city, on the 11th km of the highway to the Airport.
Milling Plant contains the followings:
Mill is equipped with the latest, international standard and high productivity equipments (600 t - in 24 hours), where producing of the Top-grade, First-grade as well as the second-grade flour is available.
Wheat terminal for 65 000 t.
Flour storage room (for 2 000t).
Railway line with 4 unloaders and scale of about 100 t.
Two unloaders for unloading wheat from transport.
Administration premise.
Scale of 60 tone for measuring a vehicle.
Laboratory.
Electrical substation and other auxiliary premises.
Storage shop for flour and bran retail realization.
Auto parking with 39 vehicles. Among them:
1. 6 MERSEDES type Trailers of about 25 tone;
2. 4 SCANIA type Trailers of about 25 tone;
3. 20 units distributional Isuzu and Mitsubishi type trucks of various lifting capacities.
The latest machinery and equipments that are installed in the mill are equipped with the modern technologies including the grain washing machine that enables to obtain Top-grade production.
Technological equipment in the mill and the producing process is totally computerized that ensures:
The launch-stop programs for all mechanic equipments;
Control the operation of milling machines;
Message giving information about the damage to the equipment that helps to avoid possible breakdown;
Calculation of wheat to be processed; advance determination of processed production according to the grades or qualities.
"Tsiskvilkombinati-Tbilisi" Ltd has a big trading network. Nowadays there are about 50 realization-trading shops in almost all cities and regions within Georgia and the network expansion is still underway.
